We have a common washer and dryer for the apartment building, which we charge $10.00 a month for the use for each apartment.  We do not supply detergent - sorry.  The facility is available from 7:00AM to 9:00PM.

We call this the birdhouse, well it's actually a dollhouse. At one time we had a few small parots who used it as their nest, however that didn't work out that great due to all the presents they left behind.  It was pretty cool having the birds free ranging in the common area though.

 Common

The front door sidepanels exhibit a collection of Costa Rican butterflies.  This was a Vicky design element of distinction, which I've never seen incorporated into a door design before.
Yes we recycle.  We donate aluminum cans, glass, paper and plastic to a woman in Bario Jesus, Santa Barbara who uses the proceeds to feed childern in the community. Check out the iron pig on the second layer of the fountain.
